Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or replacement on all goods returned to us within 7 working days of receipt, provided the goods are in a saleable condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Goods returned after this period will be refunded at our discretion.

You should check to see that all items listed on the despatch note match those contained in your package when you receive it. If they do not please notify us immediately.

Refunds can only be requested by the purchaser and will be made via the original payment method. Our Service Department will need to receive the goods first in A1 saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. We advise using a tracked delivery service to return all items as goods remain your responsibility until received.

    Mechanical Locks
    Mechanical Locks - Codelocks offer a limited lifetime guarantee, any of our mechanical locks will be repaired, serviced or replaced free of charge if they develop a manufacturing fault.*

    Electronic Locks
    Codelocks offer a 2 year guarantee on all Electronic Locks.*

    Returns Procedure

    Faults caused by misuse, abuse and or poor fitting are not covered by the guarantee.

    In the first instance we would advise customers to contact us, as most technical / fitting issues can be resolved this way.

    Products will need to be returned to Codelocks Ltd for assessment by Our technical staff. Should the fault with the returned product be due to a manufacturing fault then it will be repaired, serviced or replaced FOC. A service/repair note will be sent back with the product.

    Receiving a Refund
